Store And Share Files For Free With Dropbox

We’ve all been there, it’s 4.45pm and you are trying to send a large file via email and it keeps getting bounced back to you. Not only is it very time consuming it is stressful and frustrating, but thankfully it could soon be a thing of the past.

Today we are going to look at Dropbox, a free file storage and sharing website/app that makes the every day chore of storing and sending files simple.

What is Dropbox?
In it’s simplest form Dropbox is a free service which offers you 2GB of storage space online. This 2GB can be increased to 8GB by referring friends and family to the service. Then any files or folders stored on Dropbox can be shared with anyone as long you have their email address. For a full explanation take a look at the video below.

Who would benefit from Dropbox?
The simple answer is everyone but below are some example scenarios that prove Dropbox’s usefulness.
